Step 1 – Click The Blue Button

Please stay on the phone with us.
When ready, click the large blue button below.


Step 2 – Open The Download

When the file appears at the bottom of your screen, click it once to open it.

Seeing a warning message?

This is completely normal because our software is new.
  • Click More Info
  • Then click Run Anyway
When asked for permission, it will say:
Verified Publisher: EB IT Support LTD

This confirms the software is safe and officially signed by us.

Step 3 – Enter Your Support PIN and Share Access Code

After running the installer and agreeing to the 2 message boxes a dark blue screen will appear. This will be asking for your 6-digit Support PIN. This PIN is unique to your support request and can be found in the emails we have sent you (usually the "New Ticket" email).

Once you enter your Support PIN, the program will create a new 6-digit Access Code that changes every time you use the software.

Please read this Access Code out loud to your technician on the phone. This two-step PIN system makes sure we can only access your computer with your permission.

Remember: You are always in control. You can end the session or close the program anytime.

Remote Support Agreement

By downloading and running our software, you agree to the following:

  • You give EB IT Support permission to view and control your computer for repair purposes.
  • You confirm any important files have been saved before we begin.
  • You understand that repairs sometimes require restarting your computer.
  • You accept our Data Loss Waiver.

We will only access your computer while you are aware and have given permission.

Downloading and running the software confirms you agree to the above terms.

Why Use Our Own Remote Support Software?

Some remote support programs like TeamViewer, Zoho, Quick Assist, or others can sometimes be misused by dishonest companies pretending to be legitimate IT support.

By using our own custom software, we show how seriously we take protecting you from scams.

  • Our software’s PIN system is securely authenticated only through our internal staff portal. This makes it much harder for impostors to fake being us.
  • We will never contact you unexpectedly saying there is something wrong with your computer or show pop-ups on your screen. If you have a contract with us, any monitoring software will only alert us internally, and we will always contact you first by phone or email.
  • When we do contact you, it will always be from our verified phone number 01205 627240 or email [email protected].
  • If someone asks you to download TeamViewer, Quick Assist, or similar tools claiming to be us, please hang up and contact our official support team immediately.
  • During rare system outages, we might use Zoho Assist, which we trust more than other third-party tools like TeamViewer or RealVNC. If we do this, we will always contact you first via our official phone number or email, and our website/dashboard will display a system alert confirming we are using Zoho Assist. If you do not see this notice, treat the request as suspicious and contact us using a verified method, such as calling our mobile instead of a landline.
